Caitlan's Way

This is a 3:50 minute promo piece that I edited in a day of a Nickelodeon pilot that I had edited for Lynch Entertainment.  Nickelodeon so much liked the pilot that the president of programming called after watching it and said he got teary eyed watching it.  I'm happy to say the pilot got picked up by Nickelodeon and ran for a few seasons. 

The piece sums up the story of a hard edge city kid moving in with her relatives in mountain country. The original pilot, focused on her discovery of a stray dog and her growing affection for the dog softens Caitlan's own attitude.

Finally, the cutting pattern in this promo gives you an idea of the cutting I used in the actual pilot.
